​Fractionals United Membership Terms & Refund Policy

Membership Terms
  1. Membership Fees: Fractionals United membership is available at the following rates--monthly at $10 per month and annual at $100 per year (equivalent to two months free compared to the monthly rate).
  2. Payment Processing: By signing up for a membership, you authorize Fractionals United to charge your payment method for the membership fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until your membership is canceled.
  3. Lifetime Pricing: Members who join during our initial membership launch period receive "lifetime pricing," meaning their membership rate will not increase as long as their membership remains continuously active.
  4. Payment Failures: If your payment method fails for any reason, you will have a grace period of 2 days to update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within this period, your membership will be terminated, and you will lose access to the Fractionals United community and all its resources. Members with lifetime pricing will additionally lose their guaranteed lifetime rate and will be subject to current rates if they choose to rejoin.
  5. Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to Fractionals United community platforms and benefits will end immediately.
  6. Account Reactivation: If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin, you will be subject to the current membership rates at the time of rejoining and will not be eligible for previous lifetime pricing offers.
Refund Policy
  1. No Refunds: All membership fees paid to Fractionals United are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual membership payments.
  2. Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for canceled memberships. When you cancel, you will maintain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will terminate.
  3. Billing Errors: In the event of a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Scholarship Program
  1. Eligibility: Fractionals United offers limited scholarships for those experiencing financial hardship. Scholarships are provided at our discretion.
  2. Duration: Scholarships provide access for a specified period (typically 6 months) and may be eligible for one extension based on continued need.
  3. Transition: At the end of the scholarship period, members must transition to a paid membership to maintain access.
Modifications to Terms
  1. Terms Changes: Fractionals United reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and/or community announcements.
  2. Pricing Changes: While lifetime pricing is guaranteed for continuous memberships, Fractionals United reserves the right to adjust membership pricing for new members at any time.
