Karina Mikhli, Founder of Fractionals United and Right-Size COO was a Fractional COO before that was a thing, went full-time with a fractional client, and came back to a different fractional landscape. Since she had joined wonderful online communities while "away," she built the one for fractionals she couldn't find.
When not building and running a fast-growing community, being a fractional COO, or workflow consulting, Karina loves to read, optimize and automate (including in her personal life), and watch long relationship-based TV shows.

Tamanna Bavishi, Community Manager at Fractionals United, was a Consumer Behavior and Services Marketing faculty before she took a maternity break and took that opportunity to explore what she was really passionate about. This led her to her first corporate job as a Digital Marketing Strategist and a Community Builder. She has, since then, built communities for Mothers for Toddlers, Pregnant Women, New Fathers, an Indic Language Community at Quora, and for Grieving Support.
When not doing online research or learning new technology, Tamanna spends time with her two children, reads books, talks about Screen Free Parenting, and indulges in Harry Potter fanfics--no prizes for guessing that she is a Potterhead! To know more about Tamanna, you can connect on her LinkedIn profile or her Instagram page. |
